New to Domino/Notes and was wondering the best practice for a Group E-Mail. For example, an e-mail address called hr@domainname.com which is accessible by multiple HR employees for receiving resumes and such.

It seems that the logical approach would be to register a new user just like you normally would, only change the ACL so certain HR employees can access the mail DB, then give those HR employees a shortcut to the database.

As I'm new to Domino/Notes, is this the way it's done or is there a better way that I don't know about?

Cheers!
